We are the first to recognize the urgent need for nationwide post-conviction review in cases involving digital evidence. To address this, we created the first-ever Post Conviction Review Criteria for cases involving digital evidence. This framework is designed to help defenders identify key evidence, locate it, apply new forensic technologies, and determine the best methods for uncovering new digital evidence.
